Āyurvedic Birth Prep Course

Āyurvedic birth prep integrates ancient healing modalities with modern, evidence based knowledge to support the birthing journey. We tap into ancestral wisdom and intuition to create a beautiful experience leaving you prepared and informed.

Full birth prep course. Eight hours of childbirth education and holistic birth techniques over the course of four days + phone and email support during our time together. Āyurveda is a holistic approach to health that keeps you aligned with nature. Since we are a part of nature, Āyurveda brings you back to the truth of who you are.

Āyurvedic Birth Doula

As your birth doula, I will provide support before, during, and after your birth. I will help you develop a relationship with your body’s natural wisdom and empower you to make the best decision for your delivery.

What you get in the birth doula package:

● Presence at your birth

● 1 postpartum visit

Package 1:

● Private Ayurvedic birth prep course (90 min. See description to the left.)

● Private Ayurvedic postpartum prep course (90 min.)

● Attendance at birth starting in active labor until 1 hour after birth

● Postpartum phone call within the first 3 days after birth

● Postpartum visit within the first 7 days after birth

● 24/7 phone and email support starting at 36 weeks until delivery

Package 2:

● In-person visit. I help you create your birth preferences and specify a plan for my role in your labor. We map out pain management strategies, positions for birth, and go over any questions that you may have. (90 min.)

● Attendance at birth starting in active labor until 1 hour after delivery

● Postpartum phone call within the first 3 days after delivery

● 24/7 phone and email support starting at 36 weeks until delivery

During our time together, you can rest knowing that you will be informed and have a continuous support person by your side the whole way.

Prenatal Yoga

Classes are designed to prepare you physically, mentally, and spiritually for birth. We will move, breathe, awaken, and experience the body in new ways. You will leave this class feeling centered and full of vitality.

What you get in a private prenatal yoga class:

● Pregnancy-safe yoga. Choose between gentle/restorative or prenatal vinyasa flow

● Prānāyāma + breathing exercises

● Informational support

● Postural techniques for labor

● Āyurvedic Self-care

Enjoy mindful movement, prānāyāma, and guided meditation in the fully immersive yoga experience. Classes are holistically crafted to ease tension and prepare the body and mind for labor.

Āyurvedic Postpartum Doula

I use the wisdom of Āyurveda to bring restoration and ease during the first 42 days of the fourth trimester. You are supported through nourishing Āyurvedic meals, prānāyāma + meditation, baby care, and more! While creating a space of ultimate comfort, you will be taken care of physically so that you can simply rest.

Postpartum Yoga

Classes are designed to nourish the body with Āyurvedic self-care, restorative yoga, and prānāyāma. I use simple, but effective exercises to tone the deep abdominal muscles and strengthen the pelvic floor.
