Private Yoga Classes

Pregnancy Yoga
Enjoy asana, prānāyāma, and guided meditation in this fully immersive yoga experience. Classes are holistically crafted to ease tension and prepare the body and mind for labor. (60 min.)

Postpartum Yoga
We prioritize nourishing the body by toning the deep abdominal muscles and strengthening the pelvic floor. We use prānāyāma to ease mental anguish while creating a space for body awareness. Classes are holistically designed to bring comfort an restore balance. (60 min.)

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga includes āsana (yoga postures), prānāyāma (breathing techniques), mantra (focused chants), and meditation (going inward). These classes will cultivate inner and outer strength to help achieve balance in the mind and body. (60 min.)

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is slow-paced, passive practice focused on rest and healing. Using the support of props, you will have the opportunity to release tension and cultivate more ease in the body and mind. (60 min.)
